The most important thing is to come as you are and allow the healing process to unfold.

It’s normal to feel some strong emotions as you release deeply held pain, but I will guide you through the process to ensure it feels safe and manageable.


The sessions are designed to help you move through emotions, not get stuck in them.

Do You Offer Support Between Sessions?

Yes, I’m available via chat if anything comes up between sessions.


While I’ll equip you with tools to handle emotions and insights that may arise on your own, you’ll always have the option to reach out if you need additional support.


If things feel overwhelming or urgent, we can also reschedule to catch up earlier if necessary.

However, the only time results may be limited is when someone is completely closed off to their emotions, or when taking certain medications that numb emotional response.


As long as you can access the emotions behind the trauma, even if you don’t have clear memories, you’ll experience powerful healing and relief.

Will I Be Expected to Share Personal Details in the Group?

No, sharing is completely optional.


The healing process will work even if you don’t share your personal story.

What Happens If I Can’t Attend Both Sessions?

If you know ahead of time that you can’t attend both sessions, please let us know.


You may be able to reschedule for the next available group.

While most participants experience profound shifts during the group sessions, some may require additional time or sessions for deeper issues to surface and resolve. If you don’t feel significant changes right away, know that healing can continue to unfold in the days and weeks following the sessions.
