The coaching services offered by Dharma Life Coaching Pty Ltd are for educational and informational purposes only. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health services, medical advice, or therapy. The coach is not a licensed therapist or healthcare professional. If you have any mental health concerns, we recommend seeking advice from a qualified mental health professional.

For any paid Services offered on our Site, you agree to pay all fees associated with such Services as described on the relevant pages.

Fees are subject to change without prior notice. All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms:

• Private Sessions and Group Sessions: Fees for private sessions and group workshops must be paid either upfront or in installments as specified.
  
  Payment methods accepted include major credit cards, processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment gateway.
  
  By providing your payment information, you authorize Dharma Life Coaching Pty Ltd to charge the full amount to the selected payment method.
  
  We do not store or have access to your credit card information, as all payments are processed securely by Stripe, which complies with the highest level of security standards for online payments.

• Group Workshops: Payments for group workshops are non-refundable once the program has commenced. You may reschedule to a future date, provided you give prior notice before the original session start time.
  
  Failure to notify us before the session start time may forfeit your right to reschedule.

• Cancellation Policy for Private Sessions: For private sessions, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you fail to provide adequate notice, the session fee may be forfeited. We reserve the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee.

• Failure to Pay: If you fail to pay any fees due, Dharma Life Coaching Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services until payment is received.

If you feel dissatisfied with the results after completing the first session of the 3-session program, you may request a *refund (full payment minus any third-party payment processing fees).

To qualify, you must submit your refund request via email within 48 hours of completing the first session.

The refund will be processed, minus any applicable Stripe fees or other payment processing fees. Please note that these fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

This is a no-questions-asked policy. If you believe you have not derived any benefit from the first session, we will honor the refund request without further inquiry.

However, if more than 48 hours have passed since the first session, no refunds will be issued even if you choose not to attend future sessions.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within
10 business days from the approval of your refund request.

Payments for group workshops are strictly non-refundable.

You may reschedule to a future date workshop if you notify us before the scheduled start time of your original workshop.

Once the workshop begins, no rescheduling will be allowed, and your workshop fee will be forfeited..
